Eine wunderbare Yoga Stunde 🙏Er leitet die Stunde schön an und korrigiert die Haltungen, was ich sehr gut finde. Es gab sogar neue Asana Variationen die ich so noch nicht kannte (nach 9 Jahren Praxis und einer YTT Ausbildung :)) Mir würde es mit leiser Hintergrundmusik noch besser gefallen 😊 Direkt am Strand auf dem Dach von einem Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer und einer leichten Brise – sehr schön und empfehlenswert!

I had wonderful yoga practice here, learnt how to do position in the right way thanks to Pankaj. Also I really like sound healing meditation – that was wonderful experience! Now I feel myself younger and more energetic. I’ll remember this lessons and hope to practice them at home.
